The shipping was ridiculous. I waited over two weeks and barely got any updates, while the tracking just sat there like nothing was happening. I don’t know who dropped the ball, but I definitely wouldn’t order from here again if I needed something by a certain date.

I’m wondering if anyone else has had this experience, because customer service was hard to reach. I sent a few messages and kept waiting, but the replies took a long time and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic help, which got frustrating...

"Limited options for what I needed"
I was hoping to find a few decent filter options for my setup, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the products looked almost the same, and having to click through so many pages just to figure that out felt unnecessary.
It might be fine if you have a more common setup, but it didn’t really work for me. I got annoyed after a while and ended up leaving without buying anything

"Decent water, but kind of slow"
The water tastes good, and getting it installed was mostly fine. The only thing is the flow is a bit slower than I thought it would be. Like, filling up a bigger pot takes longer now, which gets kind of annoying after a while. It’s not awful or anything, just a little frustrating for everyday use...

The product seems fine so far, but the setup instructions could definitely be clearer. A few steps were straightforward, but then I hit a couple parts that were confusing enough that I had to search around and see if other people had figured it out. The pictures helped a little, but not quite enough for a first-time user. It ended up taking longer than I expected. Not a bad experience overall, but I’d be curious if others ran into the same thing because the guide could use some improvement...

"Replacement filters are really too expensive"
I liked the product at first, but the replacement filters are really pricey. i don’t think I’ll be buying it again because of that.

"Okay follow-up after my order"
I ordered a filter from Crystal Quest, and it showed up just fine. No real issues with the product itself, and I wasn’t unhappy with how everything arrived.
After I placed the order, they did follow up by email, which I appreciated. That said, it didn’t exactly feel like I wasn’t waiting a while to get answers to a couple of basic questions.
Overall, it was okay. Not bad, just not the smoothest experience either. I’d probably buy the same item again if I needed it, but I wouldn’t mind if support was a little quicker next time...

"Certification info was harder to find than it should’ve been"
I was trying to check the certification details, but I couldn’t find clear proof anywhere. i’m kind of tired of having to dig around and ask extra questions for basic info like this. It would’ve been a lot better if the certification stuff was just easy to spot upfront.

"Delivery date was a little off"
Delivery was fine overall , but the date wasn’t quite right . Tracking said it would arrive on Tuesday , and it ended up getting here Thursday . The package was in good shape and nothing was missing , so that part was okay . I just had to move some plans around while waiting for it . Not a huge issue , but the delivery estimate could definitely be more accurate

"Was really hoping for better results"
We’ve been dealing with that weird bad smell in our water for a while, so I finally decided to try this after looking at a bunch of options and hoping it would make things a little more tolerable. It was easy enough to get set up, and I kept waiting to see if it just needed some time to really start working. Some days I *think* the smell might be slightly less noticeable, but after a few weeks, it’s still pretty much there. For the price, I expected a much bigger difference, so it ended up being disappointing

I bought this specifically to clear up what my test strips were showing, but after using it, the strips still showed the same stuff. it kind of made me wonder if they’re counting on people not checking closely afterward. For me, it didn’t fix the issue I bought it for

Just a warning for anyone thinking you’ll get quick help here: I waited days for tech support to respond, and when they finally did, it felt like a copy-paste reply that didn’t actually address my issue. Frustrating experience overall.

I’ve been using this filter system for a while now, and overall it does what it’s supposed to do. The water filtration seems fine, so I don’t really have complaints there. But the build quality is kind of underwhelming. After a few months, a couple of parts started feeling a little loose, and I’ve had to tighten one of the fittings more than once. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I expected it to feel a lot sturdier. Customer support was alright, but nothing that really stood out.

For some reason I thought this filter system was going to feel like a big upgrade, especially with how much it cost, but it just didn’t. I looked at similar ones that were cheaper, and I can’t really say this one worked any better for me. The replacement parts are expensive too, so it starts adding up quickly. For the price, I expected a lot more. I wouldn’t buy from them again.
