trying to return my order was way more frustrating than I expected. The replies took forever, the instructions weren’t clear, and the whole thing just felt harder than it needed to be

The shipping was ridiculous. I waited over two weeks and barely got any updates, while the tracking just sat there like nothing was happening. I don’t know who dropped the ball, but I definitely wouldn’t order from here again if I needed something by a certain date.

I’m wondering if anyone else has had this experience, because customer service was hard to reach. I was hoping to find a few decent filter options for my setup, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the products looked almost the same, and having to click through so many pages just to figure that out felt unnecessary.
It might be fine if you have a more common setup, but it didn’t really work for me. I got annoyed after a while and ended up leaving without buying anything

The water tastes good, and getting it installed was mostly fine. The only thing is the flow is a bit slower than I thought it would be. The package was in good shape and nothing was missing , so that part was okay . I just had to move some plans around while waiting for it . I’ve been using this filter system for a while now, and overall it does what it’s supposed to do. The water filtration seems fine, so I don’t really have complaints there. But the build quality is kind of underwhelming. After a few months, a couple of parts started feeling a little loose, and I’ve had to tighten one of the fittings more than once. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I expected it to feel a lot sturdier. Customer support was alright, but nothing that really stood out.
